1. Do the prices in the physical store differ from those in the online store?
Products are priced the same in both their physical and online stores. There may be differences in terms of special offers and discounts.
2. Do I need to have an account to be able to buy?
To shop on shop.piera.ro, it is not necessary to create a user account, you can place your order as a Visitor.
3. I forgot my account password. What do I do?
If you do not remember your account password, please use the Recover forgotten password option, available on the Account Access page.
Returns
1. Can I return any item I purchase from shop.piera.ro?
Yes, provided you comply with the terms and conditions of the Return Policy
Most of our products are classified as for personal and intimate use, which means that returns will not be accepted if the protective packaging has been opened, or if the hygienic seals and other protective elements have been removed. We also do not accept returns on items that have been worn.
One-piece swimsuits and swimsuit briefs come into contact with the intimate parts of the body, so when you receive your order, you will notice that they have a protective seal, which prevents you from trying them on or wearing them. You should not remove or tear this small plastic strip if you wish to return an item, the plastic strip on these types of products MUST be intact.
• Product sets (packages containing more than one item), such as panty sets, are considered to be a SINGLE item. Therefore, the packaging must be unopened and incomplete sets or separate items cannot be returned.
• For hygiene reasons, panties or sets containing panties are NOT ACCEPTED FOR RETURNS. Also, worn, used products, with torn labels or damaged packaging, etc. cannot be returned.
• Important: according to Art. 16 of OUG 34/2014, sealed products that cannot be returned for health protection reasons are exempt from the right of withdrawal. These are not returned! This category includes stockings and underwear (panties)!
• Face masks cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons!
2. How is the return made?
The return is made according to the Return Policy.

After completing and submitting the return form, you will receive an email confirming the registration of the return.
Make sure the products you return are in the same condition you received them, with all labels attached.
You have two options for sending the return package:
- send by courier by speeding
- or send Piera by courier to you
We do not accept cash on delivery for your package.
3. How long can I return the products?
To make a return (return the order), you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the package.
4. How long will it take for me to get my money back?
Your money will be refunded within 14 calendar days of confirming the return.
5. How will I be informed that my return has been processed?
After we receive your return form online, we will send you an email confirmation of its registration, indicating the steps you need to follow.
6. Do I have to pay for the return?
Order cancellation and refund – the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
7. What happens if you refuse the package?
Surely you haven't thought about the impact of this action until now: wasted packaging materials, cars in traffic for delivery, the work of the people in the warehouse who prepare the product and then unpack it, and above all, think about that person who could enjoy the blocked product.

1. Can I find out information about previous orders?
Share details about your shipping policies, item returns, or customer service.
2. How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order by email or by calling Customer Service. If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
3. The products received are incorrect or damaged. What do I do?
If you have received a defective product or a product that is different from the one you ordered, we will refund the value of the product and the shipping cost as soon as we receive the product in our warehouses and check its condition. Please complete the return form

1. Product colors and features
We make every effort to accurately display the characteristics of our products, including composition and colors. The color you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your PC / phone will display these colors correctly.

3. Size chart
The measurements of an item provided on shop.piera.ro are only approximate values to help you better understand the model or cut of the products. They are not a guarantee of the actual measurements of the item that will be delivered to you. There may be slight differences, plus or minus, in the final measurements of an item due to the elasticity of the material it is made of (materials with greater or lesser elasticity: lace, microfiber, cotton) and the type of cup – for example, a gel cup is smaller than a graduated cup, at the same size.
4. How do I choose underwear?
It is well known that most women do not know their right size, which is essential in choosing underwear that ensures all-day comfort, because:
- underwear should be comfortable (not tight)
- the underwear should not be too loose (the bra straps should fall off the shoulders, the cups should not be fixed)
- underwear should not leave red marks on the skin
- the bra closure system (back band) should be placed on the middle of the back, if it rises it means the bra is too small
- the breasts should not protrude from the bra cups (exceptions are made by certain types of bras such as push-up or half-cup bras)
- the front of the bra should fit snugly against the sternum, there should be no gaps (if there is any, try a bra with a smaller size)
5. Do you order often and return just as often because you don't know exactly what size fits you?
