How do I buy?
Products displayed
All products displayed on the site are in stock. However, due to the very frequent changes in stocks, it is possible that you order a product that is no longer in stock because between the time the product was added to the shopping cart and the time the order is sent for validation, another person may have purchased the product before you.
If you have found the desired product on our website, please follow the steps below:
Order with user account
Step 1
Create an account on the site. Please fill in all the fields requested by us with correct data. Please include a phone number so that we can contact you. If you have an account on the site, you just need to log in with your username and password.
Step 2
Choose the desired products according to size and color. Use the "ADD TO CART" button. The products displayed on the site may have available or unavailable stock. If the selected product is not in stock, you will receive a warning about the lack of the selected product in our stock.
Step 3
Use the available options to check the quantities of products ordered. You can add or delete certain products from the Shopping Cart. After you have chosen the products you are interested in, use the "COMPLETE ORDER" button.
Step 4
If you want the delivery to be made to an address other than the one mentioned in your contact details, please check the option "Delivery to another address" and enter the new delivery address correctly. It is extremely important to provide the complete and correct address so that the delivery is carried out in optimal conditions. If the delivery will be made to the address mentioned in your user account, please only check the option "Delivery to this address".
Step 5
The delivery method is by express courier. The transport fees are paid by the customer or by PIERA SRL and can be found in the "Delivery information" section.
Step 6
The payment method is "cash on delivery" or by card. Payment of the value of the products and payment of courier fees is made upon delivery according to the tax invoice that the customer receives upon receipt of the package.
Step 7
Before sending the order to us, you have the option to check it and possibly make changes (deletions or additions of items to the cart).
Step 8
To finalize, click the order button. From this moment on, the order is already registered in the system and you will receive a notification related to the order registration via e-mail.
Order without a user account
